Coaching services are available at Stone Falls all year round, from beginners to the very experienced who wish to improve their casting abilities. Also introduction classes to entomology, knot tying, reading the water etc. by a qualified professional coach.

Guiding Services

• Guiding on local rivers such as the Bann, the Roe and the Bush for Salmon, Sea Trout and Wild Brown Trout.             

• For an unrivalled experience why not try fly-fishing for Bass, Sea Trout, Pollack and the Northern Hemispheres answer to the BONEFISH the Mullet, at isolated locations on the North coast. From Atlantic surf to inshore estuary marks to the rugged beauty of the Skerries off Portrush, where we may also encounter Mackerel and Wrasse all being well.

Arrangements can also be made for Dollaghan fishing, (Dollaghan are unique to the rivers and tributaries of Lough Neagh, and they are brown trout with dark spots, which run the rivers from mid July. They can be caught nowhere else on earth).

Individual packages can be arranged to meet the clients needs, and guides for waters further a field can be organised to give a wide and varied range of angling throughout Ireland North and South.


Guiding can also be arranged for Beach fishing for Bass & Flounder on the North Coast beaches such as Benone, (16lb 41/2 oz Bass November2005), Downhill and Castlerock onto the pier at the Barr Mouth.
